Today is the first day..........of school!!!

The day has finally come to say good bye to the parents and begin my studies of Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management in the college setting. It is my hope that the knowledge I have gained from touring Green Bay area restaurants will help me along my journey as a student at the fine institution of UW-Stout. Everything has been off to a good start this week, and I hope that the classes to come today will bring me the same joy that the last few months "on tour" have. And although I am miles away from Green Bay, WI, and the distractions may be many, I will look back at restaurants I have dined previously and share a review of their fine establishments.
